Around the World Challenge…
This is my very first attempt at using a sketch to create for a specific challenge. I decided after being inspired by another demonstrator to join in the fun with Around the World Stampin’ Up! Challenges. You get 2 challenges a month and this is a great way to give my creative mojo a boost. These challenges are open to anyone who loves Stampin’ Up products, and the criterion is current Stampin’ Up! products. I hope this post will inspire you to join this challenge group
The circles on the card represent unity, wholeness, and infinity. Without beginning or end, without sides or corners, the circle is also associated with the number one. One of a kind was this young lady.
Casey Kinnaird
I wanted to give this card extra purpose, and as I wanted to express my heartfelt sympathy to an extended family on my mum’s side who tragically lost their daughter Casey Kinnaird after an accident cycling with a group in Australia. An extraordinary young woman, special, bright and very pretty, Casey always thought of others needs and I wanted this card to reflect those qualities.

Of course I just had to re create this special card in digital… as I am putting together a digital book using MDS celebrating Caseys’ life especially for my mum …
I re created my challenge entry using Stampin’ Up! My Digital Studio – MDS –
Oh No!!! …..While creating the digital card I realised I didn’t have the digital ruffled ribbon embellishment I tried a substitute with grosgrain ribbon but didn’t like it ……. so in my light bulb moment stampin’ Up! Digital Downloads came to the rescue.
I connected to my online shopping and purchased the Ruffled Ribbon embellishment.
This is what I love about MDS and online shopping you don’t need to put your MOJO on hold, as soon as I had pushed the final button to purchase, it was ready to download into MDS ….. My Digital Studio is
