I have been playing with my stampin’ up!  products  this weekend and let my creative mojo go to town …

The challenge was to make the following :

3 Card Fronts:

CARD 1:

Petal Promenade DSP . This DSP is so gorgeous It is created from real photographic flowers. This card has been created from vine image. I have used Tranquil Tide Card stock embossed with the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder

This combination gives this card a real Regal look.

CARD 2:  Lattice Fold using the Hostess Set called Springtime Stroll. All images have been painted over with the Wink of Stella giving them a gorgeous shiny sparkle. Looks beautiful in reality.

CARD 3: Beautiful Promenade Celebration.

This card has been created with the Beautiful Promenade stamp set with a Whisper White Base, Pool Party Mat which has been embossed with the equaly beautiful Tufted Embossing Folder. This card has a strip of Bermuda Bay also embossed with the tufted embossing folder and embellished with delicate pearls and soft suede leaves. The sentiment is cut from Bermuda Bay using the Celebrate You Thinlits Die. Again I used the Wink of Stella to give it some lovely Sparkle.

CARD 4: Magical Mermaid

Well I know I said 3 cards but I am so in love with this Magical Mermaid – she has been coloured using the Blends – I love this medium for coloring – such vibrant colours and matches with all our other Stampin’ Up! colour families. The card has been embellished using the 1/4″ Copper Trim. Love this trim you can spread it out width ways to make it wider. Yep true to form I have covered my mermaid with wink of Stella to give her that shimmery wet look. You could also use the fine Tip Glue to add dimension and the ‘wet’ look

Card Box and cards:

1: Using the beautiful Petal Promenade Designer Paper and Grapefruit Grove with Pear Pizzaz matting- This box has a magnetic closure embellished with Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon that has been daubered with Grapefruit Grove ink. The 2 cards that go into the box have been created using Bubbles and Bubbly stamp set which has been coloured using the Stampin’ Blends of Soft Sea Foam, Daffodil Delight and Cherry Cobbler. Couldnt resist making the water look wet so yep you guessed it I added some Wink of Stella.

The 2nd card uses the Ribbon from the Support Ribbon Framelits, Lovely Label punch and a Doiley. To make the mat on the sentiment I punched the Lovely label and cut it in half which then allows you to extend it.

Beautiful You Photo Frame  Decor

This Photo Frame is creates using the beautiful You stamp set and the little flower bud from the Petals Palette.

Oh can you guess what I did to glam it up a little – yep I used wink of Stella – I so love this product. Next favourite is the Shimmer paint in the New Occasions Catalogue.

12 x 12 Scrapbooking Layout –

This was my most challenging as my expertise is in making interactive cards – for this layout I used the Natures Poem DSP and the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits. I have also used the Corrugated Embossing Folder along with the Burlap ribbon and some coloured Rhinestones (with the Stampin’ Blends)  I have used a True Gentleman button next to some rolled up Designer Paper to give a little more dimension.

Well there you have it …. A full Day of Crafting ……I hope some of these ideas give you some inspiration to free up that creative Mojo and let it flow.
